Act Fast Other Overseas

This is a chiffon lace cap sleeve A-line dress. I bought this online from overseas. The quality of the dress is good. not flimsy, but the seller is SUPER not coopertive and thought it would just be easier to sell online than return and only get 1/3 of my money back. =/ This is a nice romantic flowy dress. I wear a dress size 2-3. The label says 6, and is a weee bit big. i would say THIS FITS LIKE TRUE 6, but if you are size 4-5 it would be okay, maybe minor taking in. For me the sleeves were a bit tight. I live in the middle of no where and our local seamstress isn't taking new dresses. =(
