A beautiful sheath dress with sleeves and a short train. I bought this dress from "A Modest Choice Bridal" in Bellevue, WA knowing that it would be modest. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. All my dresses must have sleeves. I did not wear this dress for the marriage ceremony. I wore it for pictures outdoors after the ceremony, and during our small family celebration that same day. I felt so beautiful. I wish it was perfectly acceptable to wear white dresses to fancy events. This would be my fancy dress. I don't want this dress to become a mere relic. I want someone else to enjoy it, without spending full price. I recommend you try on an Allure size 10 sheath dress at a dress shop, just to be sure. This dress has two layers, almost as if they were two separate dresses. The silk layer underneath zips up on it's own, then the second layer is the lace dress, which has covered buttons for closure. None of the lace causes see-through sections of your skin, just satin shows through from underneath. It is pure white. The dress on Allure's website is shown in Ivory.
