This piece is a true sample donated by Karen Miller to New York's Bridal Garden.
I bought it in July 2015 for my October wedding but decided not to wear it as the fit was not perfect (This is a 10 dress, and I am a 12 and I would not have been comfortable). It was a tough decision as it was love at first sight.
The dress is stretchy and it hugs the body. It would fit nicely loose on an 8, but a 10 would be the happiest. The lace is silk and cotton soft and elegant.
The most special part of this dress is the color. The final production of this dress was white, but this piece is off white, oyster, antique white: very special. A lace-laden overlay fashions the sheer, pearl-kissed straps and frames the back-baring cutout of a romantic, stretch-cotton gown with a slightly trumpeted finish.
Due to its elegance, this dress if perfect for an intimate wedding or for brides who want to step away from "traditional"wedding style but still want to look stunning. The vintage look is unique.
The original retail price of this sold out dress is 1,995. I bought it in the bridal garden for 1200. It has NEVER been worn.
